Job Description:

We are excited to announce an immediate opening for freshers with MTech and BCA qualifications to join our team at a leading ERP company. This opportunity is available exclusively for Bangalore locals with good communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of ERP systems.
Collaborate with senior team members to gather and document requirements.
Support the development and execution of test plans to ensure system reliability.
Troubleshoot and resolve basic issues related to ERP modules.
Provide support and training to end-users.
Stay updated with the latest ERP features and best practices.

Requirements:

MTech or BCA qualification.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must be a local resident of Bangalore.

Preferred Qualifications:

Basic understanding of ERP systems (not mandatory but a plus).
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
