Role :- must be able to handle atleast 15 - 20 agents on floor Lead, motivate, and coach a team of agents to achieve individual and team targets. Delegate tasks and set clear performance expectations for each team member. Monitor agent performance through metrics, identify areas for improvement, and provide constructive feedback. Conduct regular performance reviews and career development discussions. Address agent concerns and maintain a positive and professional work environment. Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards. Schedule and manage agent shifts to optimize team coverage. Monitor call volume and distribute workload effectively. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Collaborate with other departments (e.g., Quality Assurance) to ensure overall service quality. Experience:- should have experience of TL for atleast 6-1 year in BPO
