Job Description

Perform assigned finance functions with a primary focus on OTC reporting, MIS, and ensuring SLAs are met. This specialist role involves accurately following up on OTC processes, supporting documentation, generating, and analysing reports, and ensuring contracts are correctly set up.

Responsibilities:

Generate and analyse MIS reports to support OTC.
Report and follow up on various OTC activities to ensure SLAs are met.
Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial data, including billing forecasts, actuals reporting, variance analysis, forecast vs. actuals analysis, billing and revenue forecast analysis, client-wise reporting, and monthly/quarterly/yearly billing analysis.
Communicate and interact with different stakeholders to ensure high-level completion of work.
Ensure contracts are set up correctly and in compliance with agreements.
Support billing cheatsheet preparation.
Conduct WIP (Work-in-Process) analysis.
Review billing and revenue schedules, ensuring Workday contracts are set up as per agreements with customers.
Manage change requests and change orders.

Skills & Competencies:

Strong MIS, reporting, and accounting skills.
Ability to read and understand contracts.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to analyze data for reporting.
Proficiency in MS Office at an intermediate level.
Accuracy, thoroughness, and strong attention to detail.
Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to prioritize tasks.
Team management skills.

Requirements:

Experience: 5+ years, ideally in reporting and MIS.
Educational Qualification: Masters or Graduates - MBA, M.Com, B.Com, BBA, or any qualified professional accounting courses.
Preferred Language: English.
Shift Hours: Flexible to work different shift hours as per business requirements
