Job Description

We are seeking a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for digital marketing, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to drive brand awareness, increase website traffic, and generate leads to support the company s growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation: Develop engaging and relevant content for social media posts, blogs, newsletters, and other digital channels to promote our products and services.
SEO/SEM: Optimize website content and structure for search engines (SEO) and manage paid search campaigns (SEM) to improve visibility and drive traffic.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Social Media Management: Oversee and grow the company s social media profiles, ensuring content aligns with brand messaging and targets the right audience
Email Marketing: Create and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and promotional emails, to nurture leads and drive conversions.
Lead Generation: Utilize digital marketing strategies to generate and nurture leads through various online channels.
Client Outreach: Establish and maintain relationships with potential clients by understanding their needs and presenting relevant solutions.
Market Research: Conduct research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities, and use these insights to inform marketing strategies.
Collaboration: Work closely with the software development team to understand product offerings and create marketing content that highlights key features and benefits.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated on digital marketing trends, best practices, and new tools to ensure our strategies remain innovative and effective.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills; interpersonal skills; creativity in content creation and campaign development; analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Technical Skills: Proficient in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools, social media platforms). Basic CRM and CMS knowledge is a plus.

Attitude: A proactive and self-motivated approach to work; eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.

1-2 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field. Candidates who possess certification in digital marketing
