Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company sales goals and objectives. Analyze market trends and adjust tactics accordingly.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team. Set performance goals, conduct regular evaluations, and provide ongoing coaching and support to team members.

• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Address client needs and concerns promptly and professionally.

• Sales Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management. Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns and strategies. Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Budget Management: Manage the sales budget, including allocating resources effectively and optimizing expenditures to maximize return on investment.
• Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve sales processes and product offerings.
