Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations, ensuring efficient use of resources and optimal customer satisfaction.
  
• Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, stocking, and maintaining merchandise levels.
  
• Lead a team of retail staff members, providing guidance on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service standards.
  
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve profitability.
  
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising throughout the store to create an inviting shopping environment.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-8 years of experience in Retail Management or related field with expertise in Store Operations & Management.
  
• Strong understanding of Inventory Management principles with ability to analyze data for informed decision-making.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to motivate teams towards achieving goals.
  
• Proficiency in Showroom Management software (e.g. Shopify) is an added advantage.
