As a Store Manager, you will play a critical role in managing the store's operations, fostering client loyalty, and expanding the company's brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Operations Management:
- Oversee the daily store operations, including sales, inventory control, and customer service.
- Ensure the store is meeting sales targets and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Inventory Management:
- Ensure that inventory levels are optimized, taking into account product demand and storage capacities.
- Oversee stock-taking, record-keeping, and ensure compliance with FIFO (First-In-First-Out), LIFO (Last-In-First-Out), and KAN/BAN inventory systems.
Staff Training & Development:
- Lead and train store staff on company policies, sales techniques, and best practices.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to foster professional growth.
- Ensure that all employees are knowledgeable about the products and services offered.
ERP, SAP & MS Excel Usage:
- Effectively utilize ERP and SAP systems for tracking inventory, orders, and sales data.
- Proficiency in MS Excel is required for reporting, data analysis, and inventory tracking.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster loyalty.
- Address any customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive store experience.
Safety & Compliance:
- Ensure that the store complies with all safety regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Maintain a safe and organized store environment for both customers and employees.
Financial Management:
- Manage the store's budget and expenses, ensuring profitability while maintaining high-quality service.
- Monitor and control costs, including operational expenses and inventory waste.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME), Diploma in Material Management, or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (BE).
- Additional certifications in store management or inventory control are a plus.
Experience:
- 10-15+ years of experience in store management, preferably in the machinery building or engineering industry.
- Strong background in inventory management and engineering stores.
- Proven track record of leading teams, optimizing store performance, and achieving sales goals.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive results.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with KAN, BAN, FIFO, LIFO inventory systems.
- Proficiency in ERP, SAP, and MS Excel for data management and reporting
