Job Purpose

Store In charge for EFL Transmission line and Substation projects,

Key Responsibility Areas

Objective Key Responsibilities (OKRs)

1. Overall Responsibility for Stores.

2. Documentation with regards to incoming, issuance and stock to be maintained.

3. Identification of the TL line and Substation materials as per drawings and issuance of the same.

4. Local Purchase Register and Fuel records to be maintained.

5. Sub-contractor materials issued and reconciliation to be maintained.

Team Manager Responsibilities

Reporting to Construction Manager at site.

Key Performance Indicators

Records Upkeep timely and accurate.

Maintain the Stores neat and tidy with easy segregation and identification done.

Organizational Accountabilities

Job Qualifications and Requirements

Knowledge and Experience

Min 10 years in handling stores independently and adequate knowledge of materials used in Transmission line and Substation projects 132 KV .

Education and Certifications

Graduate with additional certification in stores management (not mandatory)

Interpersonal Skills

Team Player.

Good MS office skills.

Able to converse in English both speak and write.
