Job Description
- Handling day to day operations of Trade Capture, Settlements, Corporate Actions, etc.
- Record maintenance and timely reporting of operational activities for internal Dept. as well as for clients/regulators.
- Communicate with clients and respond to their enquiries promptly
- Liaising with internal departments to resolve clients queries and service issues
- Ensure operational support to other functions like Product, Business Development, etc.
- Assist in audit and compliance activities of the department.
- Maintain cordial relationship with Clients, Regulators, Capital Market intermediaries, etc.
- Any other activities which may be assigned as per requirement of the Corporation
