Technical Site Engineer

Role & responsibilities

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Certification in valuation (e.g., RICS, AIQS, or local valuation board certification) is a plus.
• Proven experience in site inspection, asset valuation, or property assessment.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of valuation software and industry tools.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and legal documents.
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Willingness to travel to inspection sites as required with proper documentations.
