Landscape Architect

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Landscape Designer specializing in the design and integration of pools, fountains, and water bodies. The ideal candidate will have expertise in conceptualizing, planning, and overseeing the implementation of water-centric landscapes that blend functionality, aesthetics, and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and Planning:

• Conceptualize and create innovative designs for pools, fountains, waterfalls, and other water features for HNI clients
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and vision for the project.
• Prepare detailed design layouts, 2D/3D renderings, and technical drawings for presentation and approval.

2. Project Management:

• Support the execution of designs with the site team, ensuring they align with the approved plans and meet quality standards.

3. Material Selection:

• Stay updated on the latest trends and innovations in landscape and water feature design.

4. Sustainability and Compliance:

• Incorporate sustainable practices and eco-friendly solutions into designs, such as water recycling and energy-efficient systems.
• Ensure designs comply with local regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines.

5. Client and Team Collaboration:

• Provide clear communication and regular updates to clients throughout the design and implementation process.
• Work closely with the internal team to develop creative solutions and troubleshoot any challenges.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or Diploma in Landscape Architecture, Environmental Design, or related field.
• Proven experience in designing and managing projects involving pools, fountains, and water features.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Revit, or similar tools. Knowledge of sectional drawings is a must
• Knowledge of Plumbing, drainage, lighting systems, and materials used in water feature design.
• Excellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
