Architect

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural drawings, working drawings, and blueprints using AutoCAD, REVIT, SketchUp, etc.
  
• Conduct land surveys to gather data for landscape design projects.
  
• Develop plot plans and site plans for construction projects.
  
• Create detailed designs for residential and commercial buildings, including interior layouts and exterior elevations.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-4 years of experience in architecture or related field (civil engineering background preferred).
  
• Diploma/B.Arch degree from a recognized institution.
  
• Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, REVIT, SketchUp; knowledge of BIM tools an added advantage.
  
• Strong understanding of architectural principles, building codes, zoning regulations.
• Creates engaging conflicts, stakes, and resolutions to drive the plot.
