Job Description
- Outbound Inbound Calls Sales Management for Financial products Stock Broking, Demat Account Opening in a timely manner.
- Solving Client Queries Communicating with them about Products / Offers / Services.
- Maintaining the leads database of the prospective customer s calls and communication feedback on a regular basis.
- Enable customer cold calling Convincing clients to invest in stock markets.
- Scheduling appointments for Sales executive by calling inbound leads and conversion
Desired Candidate Profile:
Candidates with minimum 1-2 yrs Experience in the brokerage industry (Preferred) / Credit card / Financial Product Sales / Insurance / Mutual fund
You Should be proficient comfortable with Emails Activities, Report Preparation in Excel. Communication would be in regional languages (Bengali/Hindi) with basic knowledge in English.
