Chief Manager - Projects

Responsible for planning and execution of Project within budget cost and time in accordance with norms/regulations; Provide guidance/suggest corrective actions to the respective team for operational excellence

Lead profitable, on-time and within budget execution of a portfolio of power transmission projects spanning several states and across customer segments comprising EPC and PPP projects

Direct, Develop and Build capabilities for the Projects Organization across specialized capabilities related to Project Management, Execution, Front Creation (Regulatory/ROW /Forest clearances), Quality/Safety/Health & Environment and Contracting.

Develop and recommend project execution plan/schedule and deviations from approved plans. Provide guidance/ suggest corrective actions to Site Teams whenever challenges arise.

Developing a team of project leaders capable of executing projects involving ROW and statutory clearances complexities

Proactively identify potential problems and develop/ execute mitigation plans

Building a culture of adherence to the international best practices relating to quality, safely, environment and health issues.

Update schedules, estimates, forecasts, and budgets as required

Final responsibility of planning and execution of project - regularly report project status across sites to Project Director
