Store Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Maintain and update inventory records, ensuring accurate stock levels at all times.
• Conduct regular stock checks and audits to minimize discrepancies and prevent stock loss.
• Monitor and manage the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.
• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams for timely delivery and dispatch of goods.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all store transactions.
• Prepare regular reports on inventory status, sales, and other relevant metrics.

Preferred candidate profile

• 1-4 years of experience in store management, inventory accounting, or logistics.
• Proficiency in Tally software is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of inventory accounting and stock management.
• Proficiency in using Tally for inventory and financial management.
• Familiarity with material receipt processes and logistics coordination.
