- Collaborate with hiring managers to create and refine technical assessments, case studies, or take-home tasks tailored to product management roles.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Work closely with product team leaders to define role requirements, job descriptions, and ideal candidate profiles.
- Provide regular updates on hiring progress, challenges, and market insights to stakeholders.
Candidate Experience:
- Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience by maintaining clear communication, timely updates, and personalized interactions throughout the hiring process.
- Advocate for the organization's culture and values, ensuring alignment between the candidate and company ethos.
Metrics and Reporting:
- Track key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, diversity hiring metrics, and quality of hire.
- Use data to provide insights and recommendations for process improvements.
Diversity and Inclusion:
- Develop and execute strategies to attract diverse talent, ensuring equitable opportunities for all candidates.
- Partner with internal teams to create inclusive hiring practices.
Market Research and Insights:
- Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring strategies for product management roles.
- Use insights to guide salary negotiations and improve talent acquisition strategies.
Process Optimization:
- Continuously improve the recruitment process by adopting best practices, leveraging technology, and soliciting feedback from candidates and stakeholders.
- Maintain and enhance the ATS and other recruitment tools to ensure efficiency and scalability.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Coordinate onboarding processes with HR and team leaders to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
- Participate in workforce planning discussions to anticipate future talent needs.
- Occasionally represent the company at job fairs, industry events, or university outreach programs to attract entry-level product management talent.
