Job Description

Audit Execution:
Plan, lead, and execute audits for a portfolio of clients, ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
Perform audit procedures, including risk assessments, financial statement review, testing controls, and substantive testing.
Conduct detailed reviews of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP).
Client Interaction:
Act as the main point of contact for clients during the audit process.
Address client queries, provide clear explanations of audit findings, and offer practical solutions.
Build and maintain positive client relationships to enhance service delivery.
Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure audits comply with local laws and regulations, including tax laws, accounting standards, and industry-specific requirements.
Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and communicate relevant updates to clients.
Documentation & Reporting:
Prepare clear, concise audit reports, outlining findings, recommendations, and necessary adjustments.
Review and assess client documentation and working papers for accuracy and completeness.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with junior auditors, providing guidance and mentoring to ensure quality work and professional development.
Coordinate with other departments (tax, legal, etc.) to address client needs.
Risk Management & Quality Assurance:
Identify and assess audit risks and suggest mitigating strategies.
Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and maintain confidentiality at all times.
