Statistical Programmer

Developing and validating statistical programs to generate tables, figures, and listings (TFLs) for clinical trial reports. Ensuring that statistical programs are properly documented, validated, and comply with regulatory requirements. Collaborating with statisticians and other team members to design statistical analyses and generate statistical outputs. Developing and maintaining standard programming templates, macros, and tools to improve efficiency and quality of statistical programming. Leading and mentoring a team of statistical programmers, and providing guidance and support on programming-related topics. Conducting quality checks on statistical outputs, and ensuring that they are accurate, complete, and meet the specifications. Developing and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices for statistical programming. Strong knowledge of statistical software such as SAS, R, or Python. Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
