MAS Financial Services - State Head - Salaried Personal Loan (10-15 yrs)

Responsibilities

Appointment of Quality Team: Recruit and appoint a high-performing team at the branch to ensure smooth operations and effective performance.

Training & Development: Provide training on credit policies, processes, and market engagement strategies to all ranks within the team.

Field Leadership & Demonstration: Periodically visit the field to demonstrate leadership and impact, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Daily Monitoring of Team Performance: Track and review the Daily Sales Report (DSR), ensuring both quality and quantity targets are met consistently.

Lead Generation & Conversion: Manage lead generation activities, ensuring efficient conversion of leads to drive business growth.

Collaboration with Credit & Process Teams: Liaise with credit and process teams to maintain efficient turnaround times (TAT) and smooth operations.

Target Achievement: Focus on consistently achieving the revenue targets and KPIs set for the state, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

Portfolio Management: Oversee the management of the business portfolio, ensuring a healthy pipeline and effective risk management.

Business Development Tracking: Track and analyze key business development metrics, sales data, and market trends. Provide comprehensive reports and regular updates to senior management on progress, challenges, and opportunities.

Cross-Functional Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams, ensuring the successful implementation of business development strategies across the state.
