We also rely on a third-party Learning Management System (LMS) to manage our training and educational programs. However, our pursuit of excellence has led us to expand our data sources, aiming for comprehensive analysis and an enhanced learning experience for our employees.

To achieve these ambitious objectives, we are embarking on two critical initiatives:

1. In-House LMS Solution: We are developing a tailored, in-house LMS solution to deliver a more personalized and efficient learning platform for our users.
2. Web Crawling Enhancement: We are expanding our web crawling capabilities within our existing custom Analytics tool, enabling us to gather data from a wider array of websites. This will provide us with richer and more robust datasets for our analytical endeavors.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, development teams, and product managers to conceptualize and implement innovative software solutions.
• Architect client-side and server-side systems for optimal performance and scalability.
• Craft visually appealing front-end applications that deliver an outstanding user experience.
• Develop and maintain robust databases and applications.
• Design and implement effective APIs.
• Ensure software responsiveness and efficiency through rigorous testing.
• Identify and resolve software issues, debugging, and upgrading as necessary.
• Implement security and data protection measures.
• Create mobile-responsive features and applications.
• Produce comprehensive technical documentation.
• Collaborate closely with data scientists and analysts to enhance software functionality.

Requirements and Skills:

• A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field with at least 2+ years of experience,
• Proficiency in EcmaScript and up-to-date knowledge of JavaScript specifications.
• Familiarity with multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g., HTML/CSS, JavaScript).
• Strong knowledge of at least one object-oriented programming language (e.g., C#, Java) and a JavaScript framework (e.g., Vue, React).
• Experience with databases (e.g., MS SQL, MongoDB) and web servers (e.g., Nginx).
• Familiarity with modern authorization mechanisms such as JSON Web Token and OAuth 2.
• Exceptional communication and teamwork skills, including collaboration with a diverse, international team.
• Self-motivated and capable of remote work with a high degree of responsibility and accountability.
