Position: HR Manager
Location: Gurugram, Haryana
Experience: 5-8 years in Human Resources with proven experience in establishing HR functions from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:
1) HR Department Setup:
- Establish the HR function, processes, and team structure to align with business goals.
- Design and implement HR policies, procedures, and handbooks that reflect organizational values.
2) Employee Lifecycle Management:
- Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
- Create programs to enhance employee engagement, retention, and development.
3) Compensation and Benefits:
- Design competitive CTC packages, including salary structures, allowances, and incentives.
- Manage leave policies, benefits programs, and compliance with statutory requirements.
4) Culture and Organizational Development:
- Build a positive and inclusive work culture that aligns with the company's vision and values.
- Develop training programs and initiatives to support employee growth and productivity.
5) Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Develop HR metrics, reports, and dashboards to track and improve processes.
6) Talent Acquisition & Team Building:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define hiring plans and build high-performing teams.
- Develop strategies to attract, recruit, and retain top talent.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HR.
- Proven experience in building HR functions from scratch in a growing organization.
- Strong understanding of HR practices, employee benefits, and compliance.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
