Job Description
Hiring Senior Account Manager for a Staffing Company
Experience: 3 8 years
Location: Bengaluru
You should be
- Someone with 3-8 years of experience in sales and relationship-building with startups (working with India-based
- Series B/C/D startups will be a plus) with a track record of success.
- Proven experience in account management, lead generation, and the end-to-end sales cycle.
- Demonstrated experience selling to founders, VPs, or CXOs, irrespective of geography.
- A track record of closing deals upwards of Rs 5 Lakhs,
- Prior experience working in an early or growth-stage startup with an employee size between 100 to 1000.
- Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
- Analytical and data-driven, you should be comfortable analyzing data and patterns to drive decision-making processes.
- Background in the tech (developers) domain or the hiring space is preferred.

- 1+ years of experience in any area of marketing.
- Good copywriting email writing skills
- Able to write copies for notifications, article titles, etc. (can use ChatGPT)
- Able to research write emails for drip campaigns, outreach, etc.
- Good problem-solving skills
- Able to breakdown any new problem, research arrive at a solution
- Hustler attitude
- Able to figure out solutions that can be quickly implemented to deliver results
