Job Summary:

The Relationship Manager for Bancassurance is responsiblefor driving sales and building strong relationships between the insurancecompany and its banking partners. The role focuses on promoting and sellinginsurance products through bank branches, educating bank staff, and ensuringseamless integration between the bank and the insurance companys offerings.The RM will work closely with bank relationship managers to meet sales targets, enhance customer satisfaction, and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in sales, bancassurance, or customer relationship management.
• Experience in the insurance or banking or financial sector is a must.
