Job Description
Profile Connecting to SharePro users countrywide and handling issues in their broking operations. Manning a telephony and a ticketing system and responding to regular or urgent calls from users and solving them quickly and effectively. Requires taking responsibility for smooth operations and providing serious feedback. Attending regular meetings and reporting experiences on a daily basis. Regularly upgrading domain and technical knowledge and learning on a daily basis.
Job Requirements
- Excellent communication in speech and writing. Fluency in Bengali and Hindi. Ability to communicate in English will be preferred.
- Domain knowledge in Stock Broking, Depositories or Portfolio Management required.
- Hands-on experience of working on SharePro , or any other backoffice product, will be preferred
- [Optional] Ability to travel for new implementations outside Kolkata
- A good attitude towards work and people will be appreciated because we strive for a stress-free environment
