Role & responsibilities
Determining product technical requirements and resources to establish work schedules and sprint expectations • Managing and achieving sprint delivery goals • Delegating tasks to technical team members, such as coding, testing, debugging, and analytics. • Designing technical specifications for new features, programs and applications. • Creating and leading system integration processes • Conducting regular evaluations of the system architecture and collaborating with the product teams to improve the designs • Evaluating any project constraints and devising alternatives to reduce risks, whilst performing process re-engineering • Keeping stakeholders updated about the status of the project development and notifying them immediately when issues arise • Supervising and motivating development teams to improve their efficiency and productivity • Write effective APIs • Build features and applications with a mobile responsive design • Implementing best practices and coding standards • Writing advanced programming code and technical documentation
Preferred candidate profile
Bachelors degree in computer engineering or computer science. • Advanced knowledge of multiple programming languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, C++, Java, SQL, and PHP, Bash • In-depth understanding of computers, operating systems and system security • Proficiency in technical drawing and the ability to interpret technical designs • Excellent project, resource and team management skills • Previous experience as a software engineer. • Knowledge of system frameworks such as NodeJS, REACT, .NET, Git, AngluarJS, and GitHub. • Experience creating and maintaining databases. • At least 3 years of experience in the field of cloud computing. • Knowledge of CI/CD systems • Azure, AWS, and GCP certifications preferred. • Troubleshooting and analytical skills.
