MEAN Stack Developer Screening Panelist

We are seeking a panelist with in-depth expertise in the MEAN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js) to assess candidates for a MEAN Stack Developer role. The ideal panelist should have strong technical knowledge, hands-on experience, and the ability to evaluate candidates' practical skills in building scalable, efficient web applications and deploying them on cloud platforms

Responsibilities :

- Evaluate candidates' expertise in developing full-stack applications using MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, and Node.js.

- Assess their ability to build scalable RESTful APIs and microservices.

- Review knowledge of NoSQL database design, optimization, and query performance.

- Test skills in creating dynamic, responsive user interfaces using Angular.

- Analyze experience in deploying applications to cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Verify proficiency in using CI/CD pipelines and containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.

- Evaluate knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms (JWT, OAuth).

- Assess understanding of performance optimization, cross-platform compatibility, and secure coding practices.

- Review expertise in unit testing tools such as Jest, Mocha, or Jasmine.

- Examine collaboration skills and ability to integrate with UI/UX teams effectively.

Requirements :

- 8+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development, with a strong focus on the MEAN stack.

- Deep understanding of JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, and Angular.

- Proven expertise in designing and consuming RESTful APIs and microservices.

- Hands-on experience with NoSQL databases like MongoDB.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms, container orchestration, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.
