Staff Software Engineer

Establish long-term architecture vision for the product line considering end user scenarios, functional and nonfunctional requirements and build innovative software solutions while collaborating with architects, product owners

Drive the development by mentoring software engineers and test engineers.

Drives functional design and implementation on one or more major modules.

Write high-standard code applying core data structures and algorithms to deliver software solutions for desired customer-centric functionalities in C#, ASP and using ElasticSearch, Apache Kafka and relational databases. Deploy the software on AWS and containerized environment using Docker and Kubernetes. Build state of art user interfaces using Angular JS and HTML

Drive design reviews, define interfaces between code modules, and apply existing technology to design and ensure design quality and integrity.

Expert in assessing application performance and optimizing/improving it through design and best coding practices.

Use principles of SDLC and methodologies like Agile, CI/CD with understanding and focus on quality, cybersecurity and scalability as well as refactoring and unit testing techniques.

Evangelize architecture and design with leadership and scrum teams. Collaborate with scrum teams to ensure implementation is as expected.

BE/BTech/MTech in ECE /Computer Science /EEE /IT or MCA

10+ to 13 years of experience in design & development of scalable and innovative end-to-end enterprise products and applications using technology stack comprising of Java and related technologies such as

Good understanding of microservices architecture.

Experienced in building software which can be deployed on AWS or containerized environment using Docker / Kubernetes

Experienced with Gitlab, and build tools such as npm, dotnet build framework

Proficient with popular design patterns

Experienced with Agile, DevOps, CI/CD

Proficiency in unit and integration testing

Good to have experience with Event streaming ( Apache Kafka )

Good to have experience with Python/Scala

Good to have experience with ELK stack ( ElasticSearch, LogStash, Kibana )

Understands technical and business discussions relative to future architecture direction aligning with business goals.

Familiar with elements of gathering architecture requirements.
