Advanced technology given at company is helpful in making the work little bit easy at same time making the patient understand the technology which they even don't need to know .
Equal patient side +writing work or file+ system work making a huge work load. Seniors don't even listen the logical points of staff and keep staff feel inferior. Nobody take stand for nursing staff.
