Roles and Responsibilities

• Monitor patients' vital signs, administer medications as prescribed by doctors, and perform various nursing tasks such as cannulation, catheterization, dressing changes, etc.
  
• Maintain accurate records of patient data and communicate effectively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless coordination of care.
  
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and hospital processes.
