Roles and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
  
• Provide high-quality patient care to patients in various settings, including cardiac, casualty, cath lab, CCU, EOs, ER, ICU, ICCU, NICU, OTs, Operation Theater, OPD, Ortho, Pediatrics, and Wards.
  
• Conduct routine checks on patients' vital signs and report any abnormalities or concerns to the doctor.
  
• Maintain accurate records of patient treatment and medication administration.
  
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
