Business Analyst Product Owner Business Analysts / Tech Leads who must hone their competencies to become a Product Owner and or Product Owners new to the role
Learning Outcomes
- Perform independent research to be able to analyze complex business problems in the VUCA world Understand business requirements, market landscape and product ecosystem for building the problem-solution fit and be able to document these requirements logically and with clarity.
- Examine new market and technology analysis and propose action.
- Work with Scrum Master and Development team to create Product/Sprint Backlogs and prioritize user stories.
- Collaborate regularly with Stakeholders/Development team to prioritize User Stories and manage impediments/dependencies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams and ensure progress toward milestones.
- Assist in product roadmap development and help define and implement product strategies.
- Assist in driving technical and new product requirements and product enhancements.
