Promote the centre to current parents and potential customers
Take on board new ideas and initiatives

Some essential job requirements for a creche supervisor include. Leadership skills, Attention to safety, Responsibility, Recordkeeping skills, and Training in early childhood education.
Experience working with young children either in a professional home base or early years provision
Good literacy, numeracy skills
Understanding child development, including children with disabilities
Knowledge of child protection procedures
Soft skills: Patience, communication, teamwork and creativity

Education: Any Graduate with experience working with young children.
