Graphics Designer

Responsibilities:

• Design Visually Appealing Graphics: Create engaging visuals for social media, website banners, print materials, and promotional campaigns that capture attention.
• Develop Creative Kid-Friendly Designs: Craft innovative patterns, illustrations, and layouts for fashion collections, packaging, and more that resonate with young audiences.
• Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to design graphics that align with the brands fun, colorful, and playful identity.
• Maintain Cohesive Visual Identity: Ensure all designs are consistent with the brands image across all platforms and marketing materials.
• Work on Product Mockups & Packaging: Develop visually appealing product mockups, marketing collateral, and packaging concepts that stand out.
• Stay Ahead of Trends: Experiment with fresh ideas, and keep up to date with trends in kids' fashion, lifestyle, and design to keep the brand innovative.
• Use Adobe Creative Suite & Canva: Utilize tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Canva to create high-quality, professional designs.
• Creative Thinking: Think outside the box and bring new, unique ideas to the table to elevate the brand’s design presence.
• Project Management: Manage multiple design projects, maintaining attention to detail while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related fields.
• 0-2 year of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in the fashion or lifestyle industry.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative, colorful, and visually stunning work relevant to children’s products or fashion Proven experience in graphic design, preferably in kids' fashion or lifestyle.
• Proven track record of successful graphics liked by customers/target audience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Canva.
• Ability to work collaboratively and take creative direction while adding your unique touch.
• Strong attention to detail and a good understanding of visual storytelling.
• Ability to juggle multiple design projects and deadlines.
