Position: International Sales Manager

Overview: SS Technology is a leading provider of innovative technology solutions in the automotive industry. We are operating in the US market with both offline and online presence, and to support our growing operations, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of sales executives to achieve sales targets.
• Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to ensure continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
• Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing constructive feedback and guidance.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to improve conversion rates.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date client data is maintained in the companys database.
• Handle escalated customer queries and provide solutions promptly.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to support the team effectively.

Requirements:

• 5-8 years of experience in Auto parts Sale, particularly in international process.
• Proven experience in leading and managing a sales team.
• Must be a graduate, preferably with a degree in engineering (BTech) or a related field.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to motivate and drive a team to achieve targets.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as MS Office.
• Willingness to work in night shifts.
• Willingness to relocate to Noida.
