Associate Product Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Demo Configuration Specialist to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to configure demo tenants across various industries, showcasing the capabilities of our cloud-based supply chain platform. The ideal candidate will assist in building compelling demonstrations for demand planning, supply planning, replenishment, and detailed production scheduling, ensuring alignment with client expectations and product capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Demo Tenant Configuration:

• Configure demo tenants tailored to specific industries and use cases.
• Set up functionalities such as demand planning(forecasting), supply planning, replenishment, and detailed production scheduling.
• Collaboration and Coordination:
• Collaborate with the product team to understand features and functionality.
• Provide feedback to enhance product usability and align it with client needs.
• Use Case Development:
• Identify and develop various industry-specific use cases.
• Translate business requirements into effective demo scenarios.
• Documentation and User Stories:
• Write clear and comprehensive user stories for demo tenants.
• Maintain documentation on configurations, workflows, and use cases.
• Client Engagement:
• Conduct detailed product walkthroughs and presentations for clients.
• Explain use cases and demonstrate platform capabilities effectively.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Stay updated on industry trends and contribute to enhancing demo processes.
• Propose innovative ideas to make demonstrations impactful.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in supply chain solutions, pre-sales, or product configuration roles.
• Strong understanding of demand planning, supply planning, replenishment, and production scheduling concepts.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to write clear and concise documentation and user stories.
• Proficiency in cloud-based supply chain platforms or ERP systems is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
