Senior Engineer

Role & responsibilities

1. Site execution and inspection for structural work and all building component.

2. Preparing contractor bill for building works.

3. RCC design drawing study, Preparing BBS and Estimation works of building.

4. Knowledge of site execution from soil survey to finishes works

5. Planning and preparing Bar chart for project progress.

6. Material Management and procurement.

7. Controlled site engineering activities to maintain work standards and meet quality assurance targets.

8. Maintaining all site progress Documents & preparation of MIS Reports

9. Coordinating between Architect, Contractor, consultant and Supplier

10. Experience in PT slab, pile foundation and industrial PEB- Structures and industrial infrastructure.

11. Steel checking as per drawing and maintain steel consumption record.

12. Site inspection for civil construction work and ensure that the work is as per the project specifications and issued to construction drawings / final approved drawings from authorities.

Preferred candidate profile

Male candidate from Maharashtra or Ready to relocate to Maharashtra

Immediate joiner will be preferred

Candidate with less experience can apply for Junior Engineer also.

Knowledge of computers and ERP is must
