Recovery Lead

Role Overview

The Recovery Lead will oversee the debt recovery process, ensuring timely collections, managing defaulted accounts, and engaging with borrowers for structured repayments. The role requires strong negotiation skills, knowledge of financial recovery strategies, and an ability to work with legal teams if needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Loan Recovery & Collections:
• Proactively track overdue accounts and initiate recovery processes.
• Visit borrower offices, homes to negotiate repayments. Visit all 6-days per week, if required during weekend also
• Follow on social media to understand the behaviour of Borrower
• Implement structured repayment plans and settlements.
• Default Management & Strategy:
• Identify high-risk accounts and strategize recovery actions.
• Coordinate with legal teams for legal recovery when necessary.
• Collaboration & Compliance:
• Work closely with the operations and compliance team to adhere to RBI guidelines.
• Ensure ethical and legal recovery practices.
