Job Description
- Direct and Indirect Sale
- Deal directly with customers - Address queries and complaints of customers over the phone, through emails, face to face in a timely and effective manner.
- Resolve customer complaints / issues received and resolved. Respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Coordinate with the back-end Customer Care team for seeking information on the issues faced and inform the customer on same
