Camp Coordinator

Role & responsibilities

• Develop the overall plan for the health camp ( diagnostics camps and wellness camps), including scheduling activities, creating itineraries, and ensuring that the objectives of the camp are met.
• Arrange facilities, equipment, transportation, meals, and accommodations if needed.
• Train, and manage camp staff, such as counselors, volunteers, and activity leaders.
• Delegate responsibilities and ensure all staff understand their roles and the camps safety and operational procedures.
• Manage the setup and dismantling of the camp, ensuring all necessary supplies and equipment are ready.
• Organize transportation for participants if needed and ensure safe arrival at the camp location.
• Work within the allocated budget for the camp, tracking expenses and ensuring cost-efficiency.
• Handle payments for facilities, food, activities, and staff.
• Ensure that all safety guidelines and regulations are followed, including health and safety measures and legal requirements.
• Handle any logistical or interpersonal issues that arise during the camp, such as staff conflicts, participant behavior, or unexpected changes in schedule.
