Store Manager

Established in 1996, Sridevi Group started out initially distributing in United Andhra and later establishing our stores in the early 2000s. As we added more brands to our profile, we now have 65 retail stores across 3 states namely Telangana, Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh. We are now a national leader in wholesale distribution for more than two decades across 23 states.

The Role

You will be responsible for :

• Driving the stores sales and service performance.
• Ensuring a seamless in-store customer experience and overseeing the order fulfillment processes for customers in store.
• Implementing corporate policies and initiatives at the store level.
• Working closely with buying and visual merchandising teams to ensure that the store is stocked with the right inventory and adheres to brands visual merchandising requirements.
• Ensuring the implementation and development of CRM initiatives to develop a network of clientele for the store.
• Managing manpower planning and rostering to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Hiring, motivating, coaching and developing high calibre sales talent to ensure service excellence.
• Understanding the global brand strategy and visual guidelines and adapting them to domestic market needs.
• Presenting products in-store and in windows in a way to attract customers and encourage sales.

Ideal Profile

• You have at least 4 years experience including solid experience in a similar role within Retail.
• You are service-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
• You are resourceful, driven, and are able to multi-task and manage store operations effectively.
• You have working knowledge of KPIS, and footwear
• You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
