Job Opportunity || Customer Service Executive - Exports

1. Business Development Support:

• Coordinate and arrange product samples for new leads.
• Maintain and update the Sample Feedback file to track responses and improvements.

2. Order Management:

• Issue Proforma Invoices and ensure timely order registration after price setup.
• Track and followed up on dispatch schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
• Keep customers informed about order progress and shipment status.
• Manage payment follow-ups and share overdue details with customers.
• Maintain an Order Tracker File to monitor open orders, monthly targets, and performance against budgets.
• Collaborate with internal departments (Planning, Production, Logistics, Finance, etc.) to ensure smooth execution of export orders.

3. Export Documentation & Compliance:

• Ensure that all shipping documents meet customer and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate timely dispatch of required documents to customers.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Experience: 3-4 years of experience in customer service, export coordination, or international sales support.
• Skills:
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ERP systems.
• Knowledge of export documentation, Incoterms, and international trade regulations is a plus.
