Security Supervisor

• A Security Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing the security operations within an organization or a specific location
• They are responsible for ensuring the safety and security of people, property, and assets, and for implementing and enforcing security policies and procedures

Responsibilities:

• Supervise Security Staff: Directly supervise a team of security personnel, including security guards and officers, and provide guidance, training, and performance evaluations
• Security Planning and Deployment: Develop and implement security plans and strategies based on the organization's needs and requirements
• Determine the appropriate deployment of security personnel and resources to ensure effective coverage
• Security Policies and Procedures: Establish and enforce security policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment
• Regularly review and update security protocols to adapt to changing threats and risks
• Incident Response and Emergency Management: Coordinate and oversee the response to security incidents, emergencies, or breaches
• Take appropriate actions to mitigate risks, ensure the safety of personnel, and protect property and assets
• Surveillance and Monitoring: Utilize security systems, such as CCTV cameras, access control systems, and alarms, to monitor and detect suspicious activities
• Respond to alarms or incidents as needed and investigate security breaches or violations

Security Supervisors

• Experience 10-15 years in security field
