Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage a team of sales executives to achieve targets and grow business in assigned territory.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling real estate services within existing client base.
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing) to develop effective promotional campaigns.
• Develop and execute strategies for field sales activities, including lead generation, prospecting, and relationship building with clients.
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients: The Manager - Sales is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with potential and existing clients. This may involve regular communication, networking events, and other activities to build trust and Support
• Analyzing sales and marketing data: The Manager - Sales is responsible for analyzing sales and marketing data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
• Experience in Villa, apartments & Plots
• Direct Reporting to VP-Sales
