Sales Executive-Real estate

Role & responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction sector.
• Conduct site visits and meetings to understand client requirements and provide product/service solutions.
• Achieve sales targets through direct sales, lead conversion, and customer engagement.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
• Maintaining every day lead activities and site visits in ERP

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in the construction industry.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to travel extensively and meet clients on-site.
• Self-motivated and target-driven approach.
• Knowledge of construction materials, tools, or related products is a plus.
• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, Any Degree or PG also preferred
