Collection Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Contact customers to collect pending dues via phone, email, or in-person visits.
• Maintain accurate records of collections and follow-up activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with the team to address customer queries and issues.
• Report daily collection activities to the Collection Manager.

Qualifications:

• Minimum HSC (12th grade); Bachelors degree preferred.
• Experience in collections or a related field is an advantage.
• Good communication in Gujarati and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with local areas and willingness to travel.
• Must be having Bike
• Basic computer & mobile knowledge for data entry and reporting.
