Job Description
- Intersmart Solution PVT LTD
- is looking for Senior WordPress Developer to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey
- Design, develop, and maintain WordPress-based websites, themes, and plugins
- Collaborate with clients, designers, and other team members to gather requirements and translate them into functional WordPress websites
- Customize and extend existing WordPress themes and plugins to meet specific project requirements
- Develop custom WordPress themes and templates from scratch, adhering to best practices and coding standards
- Implement responsive design principles to ensure websites are optimized for various devices and screen sizes
- Optimize website performance by implementing caching mechanisms, image optimization, and other techniques
- Perform website maintenance tasks, such as updating WordPress core, themes, and plugins, and troubleshooting issues
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure websites are error-free and function properly across different browsers and devices
- Implement and maintain website security measures, including regular updates, backups, and security patches
- Stay up to date with the latest WordPress trends, technologies, and best practices
- Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field (preferred)
- Several years of experience in WordPress development, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work
- Proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL
- Solid understanding of WordPress architecture, themes, plugins, and the template hierarchy
- Experience with custom theme development, including creating custom page templates and post types
- Knowledge of front-end frameworks like Bootstrap or Foundation
- Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git
- Understanding of web standards, accessibility, and SEO best practices
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
