Automation Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Automation Engineer with a strong background in PLC,SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition),SERVO systems.

PLC Programming:

Develop and troubleshoot PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) programs to control and monitor industrial equipment and processes.

• SCADA System Development:

Design, configure, and maintain SCADA systems, including HMI (Human-Machine Interface) screens, alarms, trends, and data logging, tailored to meet the specific needs of our clients.

• System Integration:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate PLCs, SCADA & Servo systems with various automation components, such as sensors, instrumentation, and control devices.

• Troubleshooting and Maintenance:

Provide timely and effective support for PLCs, SCADA & Servo systems, addressing technical issues and ensuring minimal downtime. Perform routine maintenance and updates to keep systems current.

• Data Analysis:

Collect and analyze data generated by PLCs, SCADA & Servo systems to identify trends, optimize processes, and develop recommendations for improvements.

• Documentation:

Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for PLCs, SCADA & Servo system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.

• Project Management:

Lead or contribute to automation projects, including planning, budgeting, and scheduling, to ensure successful project execution.

• Training:

Provide training to operators and maintenance personnel on PLCs, SCADA & Servo systems and automation equipment operation and troubleshooting.
