As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media channels to raise awareness, educate, and engage the Dadri community on the issues surrounding alcohol and substance use.
Key Responsibilities
1.Compile material and use social media channels to raise awareness about the consequences of alcohol and substance use among community members. 2.Create engaging content (including graphics, videos, and written posts) that educates communities on prevention, early intervention, and support resources through social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn 3.Collaborate with youth volunteers to develop and disseminate educational materials and campaigns aimed at addressing alcohol and substance use in the Dadri community. 4.Monitor social media channels for relevant conversations, trends, and opportunities to join or initiate discussions about substance abuse prevention and intervention. 5.Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to track the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement. 6.Any other responsibility that may be assigned by the Project Manager, SPYM in the interest of project
Qualifications
1.Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Health, or a related field. 2.Proven experience (2+ years) managing social media accounts and campaigns, preferably in the nonprofit or public health sector. 3.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content tailored to diverse audiences. 4.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. 5.Fluency in English and Hindi (written and spoken) required; knowledge of additional languages spoken in the Dadri community, NOIDA, UP is desirable.
