Senior Test Automation Engineer - Java/Python (4-5 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks (e.g, Mable, Testim, Selenium, JUnit, PyTest, or equivalent).

- Collaborate with developers and product managers throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC) to identify and implement effective testing strategies.

- Leverage scripting/programming languages (e.g Net, Angular, MVC, ASP, SQL, Java, Python, JavaScript, C#) to automate test cases.

- Execute and analyze automated test results, identifying and reporting bugs and defects.

- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on code quality and testability.

- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and tools in test automation and advocate for their adoption within the team.

Continuously improve test automation processes and frameworks to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications :

- 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance (QA), with a minimum of 2 years focused on test automation.

- Proven experience with a variety of automated testing tools and frameworks.

- Strong understanding of scripting/programming languages commonly used in web development.

- In-depth knowledge of Software Testing Lifecycle (STLC) and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
