Social Media Designer

Responsibilities

• Create Visual Content: Design visually appealing graphics for social media posts, stories, and ads, ensuring all content aligns with brand guidelines
• Video Production: Develop captivating short/animated videos and reels using After Effects to enhance product visibility and foster audience engagement
• Content Strategy: Partner with the marketing team to plan and execute an effective social media content calendar, aligning designs with overall campaign goals
• Trend Monitoring: Stay on top of social media trends and best practices to keep content fresh, relevant, and engaging
• Performance Analysis: Track and evaluate the performance of social media content, refining strategies based on metrics and insights to improve results
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with designers, copywriters, and marketing professionals to ensure cohesive branding across all social platforms

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years in graphic design with a demonstrated focus on social media content creation
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
• Strong video editing skills, particularly for creating short-form social media videos
• Solid understanding of design specifications and best practices for social media platforms
• A robust portfolio showcasing diverse social media graphics and video content is required
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• High level of creativity and attention to detail
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet tight deadlines
